Find suitable tenant and carry out comprehensive credit reference check
Prepare Tenancy Contract
Prepare Inventory if required ( additional cost:- £40 )
Check tenant into property
Inform Council Tax unit and utilities of new occupier
Collection of deposit ( Deposit is held in our client account )
Collection of monthly rent from tenant via direct debit
Transfer of monthly rent ( less our fee ) to Landlord account
Monthly rental statements provided
Free advice on Landlord insurance, tax, and legal obligations
Handling of all maintenance issues
Regular reports

Market Property

Check tenant into property

Collection of the first month's rent and deposit
